Terms of service

UrSlot gives service providers a booking page and handles the scheduling around it. The appointment itself is an agreement between you and the provider. We are not a party to it and we do not perform the service.

UrSlot is free to use. There is no subscription, no setup fee, and no charge for taking bookings.

Where a provider asks clients for a deposit, we deduct a flat GHS 5.00 platform fee from each deposit paid. The rest is sent to the provider's Mobile Money account, normally within one business day. If you never take deposits, you never pay us anything.

Deposits are collected on the provider's behalf and paid out to them. Refunds are therefore between the client and the provider. UrSlot does not hold the money and cannot issue a refund. If a client cancels through their booking link, we tell the provider and free the slot, but any refund is at the provider's discretion.

An unpaid deposit reservation is released automatically after its hold period so the slot does not sit blocked.

Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their services, prices, working hours and location, for honouring bookings they accept, and for holding any licence their trade requires. Accounts used for fraud or unlawful services will be removed.

We work to keep UrSlot running but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for bookings missed because of an outage. Providers should keep their own record of upcoming appointments.

We may update these terms. Continuing to use UrSlot after a change means you accept the updated version.
